As Canada Goose's product offerings expanded to fulfill a range of needs in variable temperatures, Soldier developed the Thermal Experience Index (TEI). Iconography denoting the comfort range of each piece of apparel helped the consumer find the warmth they needed for the experience they were seeking.
As Canada Goose's product offering became more prolific they created high level categories to better organize their offers to sale, but the desire for customer intimacy per product remained paramount in terms of information and benefit. So, Soldier helped developed the Thermal Experience Index (TEI), which was designed to help the consumer find the warmth they wanted for the experience they seek. Whether a lightweight jacket for active pursuits, or a field-tested parka for the coldest places on earth, we created a five-point system designed to assist the CG customer in make the best selection from the expansive and ever-growing collections.
Soldier developed naming, technology icons, information graphics, and imagery to showcase the body-mapped, zonal construction of Canada Goose's award-winning Hybridge™ Collection. Messaging and design language supported apparel collection offering "the ultimate in core warmth and flexibility" through the integration of down and soft shell materials.
